The absolute worst cleaning service I have ever encountered in my life. Mirrors were left filthy, toilets as well. All "cleaning" was completed in less than 1 hour. When I called to inform Carol became belligerent and stated that she had 70 satisfied customers. She did offer to come out and have work re-done, however, due to complete lack of care or professionalism, I declined her offer. I do not recommend this company and highly suggest hiring someone else. I should have read Angie's List first.

The customer service aspect was very poor. She did not call to confirm the night before as she had promised. I had told her that I would be willing to pay up a certain amount based on her estimate. I explained that I needed her to contact me if the amount was to go over what I had specified; however, she did not contact me. The amount that she cashed my check for was DOUBLE what I had agreed to pay. Unfortunately, I had left a blank check for her. I had also requested that she call me with the amount when her employees were finished cleaning. She did not. I had to contact the bank to find out the amount of the check. They did not clean all of my windows as requested. She told me that she would refund 5 because there were some that would not open. However, she charged me for 20 - way more than what I have in my home.

Terrible! The actual cleaners were very nice and polite. However, the owner of the company was incredibly rude. She lied to my husband about what time they started work and proceeded to overcharge us by $70. When I complained, she said that she would look into it and if we stopped payment on the check, then she would have us prosecuted. In the end the check was returned, but I cannot emphasize how rude and unprofessional this woman was to me and my family. Please note that the company operates under two names: Abracadabra and Annie's Angels. I would recommend researching the company under both names.
