As a first time home-buyer, the inspection process can be intimidating, especially when dealing with an older home. Jeff was thorough and and made sure we understood EVERYTHING that was going on in the home.

Mr. Bey took copious notes throughout the house and pictures to back up his notes. The process took a little over two hours. After he finished his inspection we sat down and he went through his notes and pictures with me explaining the good and bad aspects of the home. If I wanted additional explanation we went to the sight and Mr. Bey took the time to help me understand. Within 3 days I had a 40 page report complete with pictures detailing everything he had told me.
