One of my cat had some issues that resulted in his urinating on my living room couch and a family room chair. Right before the holidays! I was very worried that I would not be able to find someone who could clean my furniture so close to the holidays but David was able to come over within a couple of days. It was one of those nasty, stormy, fall days but in spite of the bad weather he was able to clean my furniture without bringing a drop of water or speck of mud into my house.

David was also very careful to ask what areas were soiled so they could receive special attention. In the end I was able to have my family over for the holidays and no one had any reason to suspect that my cat had so recently misbehaved.

This was the second time I had David over to clean my furniture and I have been very happy with his service each time. He is prompt, courteous, thorough and competitively priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends, family or neighbors.

Perfect! David is a total professional, and does top notch work in short order. When we were selling our former homes, he made the carpets at both look new (no small feat), and has cleaned carpets and upholstery for us in our new home twice. In fact, I'll be contacting him again in the near future for another cleaning. He arrives when he says he will; he's courteous and does fabulous work. We've been very happy with his work. I wouldn't call anyone else for this type of service. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service. I had a different company come out twice and they could never get a pet stain out. David was able to get it completly removed. It was wonderful. Very professional. Great company to work with.

Cleaned carpets, including protective coating, 4 rooms, 1 walk-in closet, large hallway, and stairs. We didn't have them move the furniture and we moved everything out of the way ourselves that we needed to, which they would have done for us. We received a discount for this, which was really nice.

They always answer the phone and if not, they return calls quickly. Were extremely punctual and friendly. I have used this company multiple times and would never use anyone else.

Dave came highly recommended by a friend who has very high standards (and white carpeting). I was able to schedule it quickly, he arrived promptly and he got out everything from greasy food stains (from a dog bone) and myriad spills and stains. He worked quickly and did a great job! This carpet looks new!
I can't wait to use American Carpet and Upholstery for hardwood floor cleaning/urethaning/polishing; Dave says it's the and quot;stitch in timeand quot; to avoid a messy refinishing job.

The floor cleaning was okay, but I wasn't happy with the work they did on the couches. I don't remember the specific product they used on the couches, but they left them wet. When I asked him about it, he gave me a short, un-detailed answer.

David has been cleaning my carpets and area rugs for over 5 years. He is always very prompt, professional and does an amazing job. My entire 2nd floor is white carpet and it always looks great after his cleaning. We've had two large coffee spills on the white carpet and he has gotten them out. I would recommend his company to anyone.
