Exceeded expectations. Each member of the process was very competent. Jay Peterson and Pat Kloiber were always accessible and informative. The installers, Shane and Ian, assisted by Aaron, were very efficient; they were super cooperative in orchestrating their activities around our schedule.

It was the best experience we had ever had in doing any home remodeling.  From start to finish the process was the best ever. 
Jay, the Consultant, came and visited with us on the window configurations.  We told him what we wanted and after some discussion and input from him, we did change our mind some due to our house facing West and getting the brunt of the wind.  I wanted awning windows at the top and after input from Jay that would not be a good idea.  We are very happy with what we did go with.  We went with 75/25 split Solid in the center with sliders on both sides and an etching along the sides on the Solid center.  Looks beautiful.  Jay was wonderful as a consultant.
Pat came and did the measuring.  He was awesome too.  Took a lot of pride in the company and was very proud of working for them.  He was also very knowledgeable of the windows and said we made a good decision on going with the sliders. 
The installation crew of 3 was great from start to finish.  They came in and introduced themselves.  Laid tarps inside and out.  Took care in removing the old windows so that they would not damage anything.  Talked to us throughout the whole process on what they needed to do and what they were doing.  They worked together efficiently as a team communicating with each other along the way.  They also took pride in their work and the company they worked for. 
We are very pleased with the new window layout and the company that we went with.   We would definitely recommend them for window replacement needs.
