JIm Roberts is always professional and on time with a realist quote. He never recommends something you don't need in order to get the work.
What I appreciate is that if they are going to be late they always let you know so they are able to manage your expectations and not waste time. This is especially important if you freezing or overheated due to a malfunctioning unit when your patience is at a low point.
