All Ways Asphalt & Concrete Construction

Terrible. He never showed up when he said he would, and we had to call and call to get any response. The Easter end date quickly seemed impossible. He eventually removed the raised gardens and spread the dirt around the yard, and he broke up and removed the old patio. We constantly had to call him and ask why he wasn't showing up and when he would be back. Today is June 19th and it seems Marty has disappeared. We have not heard from him in weeks and we have called and texted countless times. He did $1500 worth of work at most, so we are out $2000. We are filing with small claims court.

Marty did a few of the projects, but overall ended up leaving a big mess in my home.  He started the job off well originally, but it quickly began to go downhill. He complete a few of the projects and has never come back.  I have called him many times to come out and complete the projects, and he assures me that he will come out to fix it, and then never shows up.  We paid up front for the entire project, and he quickly cashed all of our checks.  It seems as though he has taken my money and run.  Now we have a huge mess to clean up, and do not have the money to hire someone else. I would not recommend All Ways Concrete to anyone looking for any type of work in their home.
