All Pro Pest Control

They came out to do an interior/exterior spray for ants but due to incoming weather, they opted to push the exterior spray to the following business day. We requested that they call us when they come back so that we can meet them - never heard back. After following up twice - 2 AND 3 weeks post initial spray, we were met with hostility and rude behavior by Dawn, refusing to confirm whether or not the exterior spray has taken place, saying "she can't remember". Then, she followed up by saying an exterior spray is free is doesn't matter if it is completed after all. She was defensive because the technician is her son. After this encounter, I spoke with the owner of the company (Dawns mother in law), who was apologetic but ultimately sided with Dawn in the treatment of their customers.

All went according to plan.

It went well. Representative was congenial and professional, and shared information on what to do in certain situations. We were impressed and have made arrangement for quarterly service by this vendor.

He comes every month. He guarantees his work. He is nice guy and very genuine.

They do not come inside the home. They spray around the foundation so that bugs and spiders and things do not enter. I have found that treatment very effective. We have used them for about the last four or five years and it is a very non-invasive process. We have never really had much of a major problem with ants or spiders. I have been very pleased with them. They have always been easy to contact and when I have had an extra question they have always been good to have someone come out. They call ahead to schedule an application. I will use them again in the future.

I have always had the same guy spray my house even though I’ve lived in Missouri and Kansas.  I appreciate the consistency.  I feel safer having the same guy come every time.  He is polite and professional, and the pricing is good.  The pest control companies that solicit are always more expensive than All Pro.

He did show up a half hour late. He did get the job done in the same day, and he didn't leave a mess. The bill as the same as the estimate. When he was done he came and told me I could pay him by mail or credit card.

We had a good experience. We used Moxie(sp?) previously and were set up on quarterly meetings which we detested. It was such a racket. We were pleased that we can call All Pro when we want and we aren't under further obligation.

Jason treated the house from top to bottom as well as outside for our quarterly treatment. We have silverfish which draws in the spiders. The treatments all but eliminate the sliver fish and thus reduce spiders in the house as well. Jason then preceded to check for termites in the area we had some past damage. He is very conscientious and polite. I have always felt very comfortable with allowing him access to our home. He is knowledgeable about the current pesticides used and the current regulations.

Great job, on time worked hard, no hassles.

They were very efficient, the work was expensive but they finished the work fast. They knew what they were doing, but I felt we could have done what they did. They were to pricey.

They come and do it and leave me a bill and I pay it. I assume they are doing a good job, because I do not see bugs in the house or ants.

Very pleased.

THEY'RE PRICES HAVE INCREASED SLIGHTLY OVER THE LAST YEAR FOR MY HOME, HOWEVER THEY CONTINUE TO DO A GOOD JOB OF RESPONDING QUICKLY, AND EXPLAINING ALL PESTICIDES USED IN THE HOUSE.

IF THERE'S EVER A PROBLEM, THEY'RE OUT AGAIN PROMPTLY AT NO CHARGE. HAVE USED FOR 8 YEARS.

THE PEOPLE ARE VERY POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE STILL HAD ANT PROBLEMS. THEY CAME OUT FOR THE REGULAR SERVICE, WE THEN REQUESTED A RESPRAY AS IT DID NOT CONTROL THE PROBLEM. AFTER THE RESPRAY, WE STILL HAD PROBLEMS AND DECIDED TO TRY A DIFFERENT APPROACH. THE OTHER INSECT CONTROL WAS FINE, IT WAS JUST THE ANTS.
