They came out to do an interior/exterior spray for ants but due to incoming weather, they opted to push the exterior spray to the following business day. We requested that they call us when they come back so that we can meet them - never heard back. After following up twice - 2 AND 3 weeks post initial spray, we were met with hostility and rude behavior by Dawn, refusing to confirm whether or not the exterior spray has taken place, saying "she can't remember". Then, she followed up by saying an exterior spray is free is doesn't matter if it is completed after all. She was defensive because the technician is her son. After this encounter, I spoke with the owner of the company (Dawns mother in law), who was apologetic but ultimately sided with Dawn in the treatment of their customers.
