Jenny was very pleasant to work with picking window coverings. She was very knowledgeable about her products and helped me make choices that fit our budget. Abby was very helpful to keep us posted on delivery and scheduling installation. The installers were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly to install our blinds. Bought & Install of 2” Alta Faux Wood Blinds cordless. They look very nice. Installer, Jenny was efficient, professional and personable. She explained how to work them, the care and made sure if I had any questions before she left. Alisha’s consult was great too. No pushy selling but good in her salesmanship. She also was professional and personable. Provided me the fixed quote and no surprises. Very competitive price for same brand blinds and type as compared with other 2 companies I had quoted. I feel your company is a good and reputable company with good and reputable workers. The company must be good to work for and I like companies that are good to their employees. I can only assume Affordable stand behind their nice warranty which I hope I don’t need to use but is comforting to know there is one. I am enjoying my window treatments very much.

Affordable Blinds did the blinds for my entire home. Everything went smoothly; from the initial consult in my house, to the install of the final blind. I completed my home in segments, so I had the privilege of working with several on staff: Alisha, Rik, and Jenny. Their customer service was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier. Rik and Jenny even took the time to program my automated shades so I didn’t have to read any manuals. Quality blinds, quality service. Highly recommend.

Both times we’ve done business with Affordable Blinds & Shutters, we’ve been very impressed! Steve & his employees are simply the very best! You really won’t find a more honest company anywhere! With both of the jobs we’ve needed work done on, Steve saved us hundreds of dollars! Like many businesses, especially in theses difficult times, they sometimes put money over the customers’ needs. If only all businesses were as professional and conscientious as Steve and Rik. From the estimate to the installation this was an A+ experience. The blinds look great and we feel they were an excellent value. Steve's initial visit was May 20 with samples and his expertise. Rik flawlessly installed on 6/21.

Everything is fabulous! They look wonderful, Rick was great, right on time, great to work with. We are so happy. Had a Board meeting in our classroom space 2 days before install and the sun was beating down on everyone and folks were moving around and taking off layers, it was less than ideal. I was so happy to be able to tell them about Affordable Blinds and assure them that the next meeting would be less bright and much cooler. I knew window coverings would be useful, but I really had no idea. It makes a difference in the mornings on all 3 windows that are East facing, it’s a significant temperature difference. Anyway, I could go on, but we are so thrilled and can’t thank you enough. This was one of the greatest and most generous blessings of this whole move.

Steve is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with shutters and was able to give me advice and help pick the shutters and blinds in colors that would look best in our house. They turned out beautifully!!

Very well! Steve met with us before our home was finished and spent time with us. He wasn't pushy but very patient, and gave some very good suggestions! When windows were installed, he came to the house and measured and gave us the estimate (price we WOULD pay - to the penny). When we closed, we called and set up an appointment for installation for before we moved in. The installer was on time, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with the product and the service!

Obviously, we were satisfied, since we had them come back twice. (The insurance company had recommended using their usual blinds company for the flood, but we insisted on Affordable Blinds and they enjoyed working with Steve and Rik.) Each transaction, we kept throwing curve balls at Steve, and he kept managing them in a calm, unruffled way. The house we built is a two-generation house, so Steve had to work with my husband and me on the upper level and my in-laws on the lower level (fortunately, they hadn't moved in yet when the flood happened). Steve split the bills and worked with our different personalities, he also worked well with the insurance contractor and there were no glitches. (This was not the case with another subcontractor.) Rik, the installer for Affordable Blinds did a good job. He also had to explain how to operate the automated blinds to me, because I'm not very high tech, but he took time to personally program my phone to work them, and also included a very low-tech push-button system mounted on the wall, which I prefer. The products themselves are very high quality and look great. The company has a lot of options, which could be confusing, but Steve asked questions and helped me narrow down the choices to the products just right for our house. I highly recommend Affordable Blinds.

The shades were made and installed after only a few weeks. After the shades were installed, we noticed that they were not operating correctly. Steve was quick to come out and diagnose the problem. The shades were remade by the company and re-installed within a few weeks. Steve worked with us to make sure that our new shades were absolutely perfect and that we were totally satisfied.
