This was a nightmare the provider first came and then the workers took 4 days and then we found several footprints later on the final finish. They had to come back a second time to redo it again, another 4 days the smell dust and mess again. This time the floor was bubbling and chipping this time the provider claimed it was something we used on the floors that caused it when we never used anything but vinegar and water prior to them ever coming and had put nothing on the floor after the first or second re strip.. Well the final time it was done right and the provider never bothered to call to make sure it was right and we were happy. There is still stain on my bathroom floor and we are still cleaning the mess and dust.

During our search for new carpet, we contacted Advanced Interiors to complete our process. Lora came to our home on a Saturday with a very large variety of samples, and after discussing what we liked and didn't like she took measurements and left. We received our quote the next day as promised, and after some additionla discussions over the phone Lora brought several more samples by for us to look at. It was from this batch of samples that we decided to purchase, and Lora included all the pertinent informaiton that we requested on the contract and quickly scheduled our installation. The crew arrived promptly on installation day and did a quick, quality job of installing. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we're VERY happy with our new carpet.

Excellent service and professionalism. They came out to measure, show us samples and helped us choose something that fit our needs and budget. They sent an estimate promptly. On the day of service they showed up on time, gave me an idea of how long it would take, then did the job quickly and well, moved all my furniture, moved it back when they were finished, and left us with additional carpet sections for any patches necessary in the future should something happen.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Rick and his entire Advanced Interiors team-they are truly wonderful. From the start Rick was on time, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, answered our many questions, and walked us through the job from start to finish. Most importantly, there were ZERO surprises (a first for us)-The work was impeccable, on schedule, and on budget! We close on our new house in about a month, and we will absolutely be using Rick and his team to help us transform our new house into our home.

Advanced Interiors was professional and honest through out the process.  They were very well priced and showed up on time for every appointment that was made.  When picking out a new stain color for the hard wood floors they were very patient with my wife trying multiple colors and even mixing stains together and trying them on our floors until we got the exact shades we wanted.  I also told them I was going to install new spindles on the stairwell myself to save money and they offered to order the spindles for me thru their supplier which saved me even more money.  The sales associate was in contact with us through out the entire process and came over at the end of every day to inspect the work that was done.
