The experience was great and the work was impeccable.  It is important for you to request his services at least 6-7 months in advance due to weather and the fact that he works alone, I suggest spring (May) or early fall (September).  I think you will be pleased with the result.

A neighbor had given me Adolph's name after  she had used his service to paint the exterior of her home  .Adolph came promptly when I asked for a quote.  He gave me a written quote and told me when he would be available to paint our home if we accepted the quote.    Adolph power washed and hand scraped the house and spent a lot of time with preparation.   He insisted on only using the best quality  paint and  rolled and brushed the entire house stating  that spray painting  would compromise the quality of the  job.  He arrived every day on time and when it appeared he would not finish when he stated, he brought his son out to assist.  The job completed on time and he charged what he quoted.  Adolph was very respectul of my property and he cleaned up daily before he left.  Our exterior paint still looks very good- it has been 5 plus years. Adolph was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with and I will not hesitate to use his services in the future. I  have passed his name on to many friends and relatives.  I also recall that Adolph was military and I am a big supporter of those who serve our country.  He has a strong work ethic that you rarely see in a contractor. 

He was always on time, courteous, professional and willing to offer suggestions that he thought would make a better finished product. I have never had a painter take the time to replace damaged lumber on the house prior to painting. The proof was in the pudding, I have not had to paint my house for 10 years with the exception of a few small areas that I have had to touch up myself as a result of the extreme Kansas City winters. Mr. Parker does excellent work and goes above and beyond for his clients. He does outdoor painting projects from the middle of April until the end of October and he would need several weeks notice in advance prior to outdoor painting. He does indoor painting in the fall and winter.
