"We appreciate you reaching out [Member Name Removed], also, we apologize for any inconvenience surrounding your move. We're disappointed to read you've had this type of experience. From our records looks like you booked for noon on 10/30 but called the morning of thinking you were booked for the AM. We had already had a moved booked for the morning so you were advised that and our guys arrived around [Member Information Removed]:30. You had three times the items that wasn't mentioned prior in the quote. Also, we added on a extra guy at NO charge to help with packing. You STOPPED our guys after being there only 4hours and said "I rather finish this tomorrow I'm getting tired". You spoke with the owner and you two agreed on 9am the next day which was 10/31 Halloween. We had to get a second truck to finish the job. During the job you complimented the guys multiple times even stopped them to eat pizza that you bought them for lunch. Once everything was over you paid $2600 plus tax also gave the guys a generous tip and mentioned you would refer and leave a review.
