I am changing my original review as there were several issues since the installation. The furnace was not installed correctly and I had to call another professional to tell me why my furnace kept shutting down. Yes, they did pay for that repair guy to come out and they did correct the problem the other furnace guy found, it was just a huge hassle to go through. They did make things right - I will give them that. I don't think these are bad people, I just think they lack the skills of a true heating/cooling company should have. Other friends of mine have used this company in the past with no issues.
