Abstract Remodel

So fat so good. They were good, polite, friendly, and very personable.

We wanted to freshen up our house from the old 80’s wood trim to a more modern clean look. The old wood posts, railings and balusters were in terrible shape because of some big dogs the previous owner had. We sat down and talked with Brian and Callie about what we wanted. Callie was great explaining what some of the current trends that people want in their homes and was extremely helpful in choosing colors. We had gotten all new windows in the house the year before, and Brian and Callie suggested replacing all the trim throughout the whole house, all white. They also repainted all of the rooms. We replaced all the old unfinished hollow hardwood veneer doors with nice white masonite paneled doors with modern brushed nickel door handles. We asked if they could remove the little half railings that served to separate the dining room from the kitchen. Callie designed some awesome tile work to put down where the railings were and it looks amazing. It really opens those two rooms up. Brian and his crew did a great job in bringing everything together. They were easy to work with, courteous, cleaned everything up, and loved playing with our dogs. People are blown away when they walk in, whether they were here before and notice the huge change or people that are coming for the first time and realize how much more modern the house looks on the inside. It went great! Kept us updated at every turn. Didn’t realize how bad our floor was until we had them look at it. We ended up replacing the subfloor, and joists, re-plumbed the bathroom and kitchen, updated the kitchen and bathroom, replaced the subfloor in the hallway and laid new flooring throughout the house! They dealt with the insurance and made the headaches go away!
