Great till it was time for a call on warranty work. Everything looks great. But I'm a person that waits before posting a review. In 2010 ABC was happy to take my $28000.00. It took 3 years for them to replace a window 3 years. Then it took 1 year for them to replace the same window. And now. 2020 A Great Nation brought down almost to its knees by 1 person. I understand fully not everyone is back to work and some won't be. Its been 6 months now nothing. Older lady on the phone doesn't know her shoe size from her phone number. Thats saying it nice. I maybe Naive or stupid not knowing when I'm dealing with a company that only wants my money only cause I'm a person of color.

Last year is when I first contacted ABC regarding the guttering. They came out but after multiple e mails I could never get them to send the estimate, it was always i'll get it to you tonight. Now a year later I called again twice and the 2nd time the receptionist finally called me back with the estimate I should have gotten last year. Almost $600 for one piece of guttering! Ridiculous. She then said someone would be calling to follow up and get it scheduled... Well its been 2 weeks and nothing... Very frustrated and disappointed that my small job is being ignored.

I would recommend Brad and his crew to anyone these guys went above and beyond to make sure the job was done in a professional effective and timely manner. Brad's crew showed up when they said they were going to, they called to confirm, we had a tornado touch down in our area these guys didn't really know us on a personal level but they sure didnt hesitate to call and ask if my family and I were ok! Brad is the sole reason we went with ABC, what we liked about him was his honesty, how he explained what was going to happen, the differences we would see in our home, we really liked the fact he stands behind his jobs. If I could post before and after photos you would be amazed at the quality work Brad's crew did, THIS CREW ROCKS, WAY TO GO BRAD N CREW THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH your a great bunch of guys, my house is now a HOME!

We have been very happy with the quality of the product, but we had a lot of issues with them as far as the start date. I think they were really busy at the time that we signed our contract and they kept pushing it back. They had a special person who did the gutter covers, and that was a nightmare trying to get them to complete that part of the job. It was probably three months after the siding was on before they got the gutters completed. It was just the drains over the gutters, so it wasn’t noticeable as far as the appearance of the house goes but it was very frustrating. He actually came out in January and it was snowing the day he came out, and he got the gutters done. I was just so mad at that company for all the delays. They had a work crew that could not speak English at all. They were very nice people but we had a very hard time communicating with them. They had a guy that came by occasionally that was able to interpret for us but it was difficult to really get anything through to them because they didn’t speak any English. It seemed like they were very good workers and we were very pleased with the quality of the work but the service was just so bad. They actually had a girl come by the house to get the check from me. They must have been trying to meet payroll or something. I could not believe that she actually made a personal visit to our house just to pick up the check. I thought that was so unprofessional to do that because of all the delays that they had put us through as far as starting the job, and then as far as taking the money, they just couldn’t wait to get our money. I wrote a very nasty letter to them after the conclusion of all this and got absolutely no response, which also made me mad. The final product was fine and everything but I didn’t think they should have put us through all that. It was not very professional on their part.

Well they arrived to work with 3 large double axle trailers, and told me they had to be plugged in all night cause the cold has a bad affect on the material.  Provided them with an outlet which they also used to run there machinery while working, and run chargers to power batteries for drills.  The trailers pretty much took up all the driveway space available, along with a work station on the garage apron area, blocking one of the garage doors.  The following month found that my electric bill had jumped about $45 for the previous month.
The job took longer than expected 10 days in lieu of a week, but there was weather issues also for several of those days.  They worked though rain, sleet and snow for a full day also.  They never left ladders, scaffolds or any materials on the house between work days, did daily pickup of tools and covered them all around the workstation.
There were constant issues regarding what will be sided, the foreman had one idea, the owner (who sold the job) and he were not on the same page ever.  Several calls had to be made to correct these issue's, and by the third day of work, there became this constant issue of  'You know we get paid extra for that', when I was discussing things that were in the contract to be accomplished.  I felt I was put on the spot to have to argue with the foreman over what was agreed upon in the signed contract.  It became a daily issue pretty much, with several calls made to the owner and sales people to correct the problems.  It wasn't as if I was given any kinda of price break on this job at all either.
Upon completion, (in the contract) was supposed to be, left to the owner, small pieces of each material used for future color matching, There was supposed to be several small bottles of 'touch up' paint for each color used as well.  Nothing was ever provided, offered or left.  As soon as the final check was given they were gone, leaving one of the trailers (it had flat tires) in the back driveway blocking access to the garage.  The returned several days later to retrieve it and I made a fuss about the mess they left behind, metal shards in the driveway area from cutting tin.  They did a cursory cleanup as I provided them an air compressor to inflate some not so road worthy tires on this overloaded trailer.
Items not accomplished were full attachment of new downspouts to the house;
+ Casement windows in the bedroom that would not open as they were hanging up on the new metal edging around windows, still an issue, been worked on by others and myself several times so far.
+ Gutter screens that I purchased new for the job by me, were never installed, was told that was extra work.
+ A bottom trim piece was never fully screwed into place and has fallen out of its place and touches the ground.
+ As the weather warmed, it was obvious how much construction debris was left behind, a good half of garbage bag of screws, nails, shards of tin were everywhere, even on the side of the house they didn't have to install siding on.
+ A deck light that worked properly prior to the installation of metal soffit, would only stayed on after they finished, it would not work via the interior wall switch.  They said that's the way they found it.  Electrical people were called and they fixed it, cost me $235.
From mid Jan until end of April of that year, I called the office about 2-3 times a week with these issues, left messages and often spoke with the sales guy that said he was the owner, got the total run around constantly.  HIs reply was always didn't they come by and take care of that, they were supposed too, let me look into that and will call you back, never heard a word.  I expect the crew of being p***** off cause I never would didn't agree to any of the imaginary extras.  Nothing much ever came from over 20 calls to them.  So during the sales time I said and promised them a write up in Angie's List, so now here it is.
The product is very good, installation was better than I expected, but client relations became a daily ordeal, and then added to it a lot of lies from those who originally promised me a lifetime warranty on this job and material, expect that to be bullpoop also.  My suggestion to anyone using these people is to hold back 10% of the final check on completion until everything can be tested, checked to be full working order, its the only way I can see that I would deal with this crowd again.

I'd used ABC Seamless before and liked their work, so I went back.  Dale was the agent I worked with throughout, and he was very friendly and informative.  I was not always pleased with his availability early on.  It took almost two weeks to get started, but once the ball was rolling it didn't take more than 4 business days to complete the work wrapping three sides of my house with vinyl siding and steel trim.
The completed siding was of good quality.  I would continue to use ABC Seamless for any future siding needs.

I couldn't be more pleased.  They were so professional they left the place clean and organized each day.  Did not ruin any of my landscaping.  Were careful, meticulous, and fast.  Professional, concientious with every little detail.  Very detail oriented.  Ex: I had old vents for the drier and they couldn't find any that matched so they sprayed them to match the color.  They were always on time.  Got here at 8am and left at 5pm.  The staff never stood around and talked, they were like tasmanian devils that were professional. I couldn't recommend them enough.  ALL new gutters.  My heating bills have reduced 70%.

The installation crew did an excellent job. Our home looks better then new. The crew of 3 took 7 working days to complete. Additional installers would have reduced that time. Overall I am very pleased with the job they did. They did a fairly good of cleaning up after the completion of the job. After the completion, I had a small issue. Wind was causing the corner trim to wobble thus hitting the down spout resulting in a loud chatter inside the house. This problem was rectified in a timely manner. All and all I am pleased with the product.
I would use them again if need be, but I hope I won't need to.

Our home suddenly looks brand new and the people that have watched the siding being installed have been very impressed.

Impressive is a good word for the crew that did our installation. The six man crew of Brad, Jay, Earl, Dave, Bobby and Richard (Slick) have been the most professional group of guys I have seen in quite some time. Their work ethic and attention to detail have been outstanding! The professionalist shown by each member of this crew was a treat for someone like me who is a stickler for detail. Quite simply, if each piece of siding and each trim piece was not perfect it was redone until it was correct. Your foreman Brad is one fellow you should be extremely proud of!

You can bet that I have already told several people about the quality of your product, and rest assured, I will continue to do so. I feel quite confident that we have purchased the absolute best product on the siding market and our money has been well spent.

The siding installation took an entire week.  They were meticulous in measuring and cutting of materials, and our house looks wonderful.  The entire job looks to be professionally done.  A lot of caulking was applied, which pleased us.  The cost of the siding was considerable (although I was able to use my Angie's List coupon which was good for 5% of the cost of the job).  The insulation was Energy Star rated.  I don't anticipate any more issues with fading or dirt retention, as was the case with the old vinyl siding.    Dale Oyer, our sales person, was out to the job during the installation process.  All of the ABC staff was available to talk to any time we had questions or concerns.

We were pleased with their service. I would recommend them to others. At that time then the price was competitive. Now I think their price is higher than vinyl siding. I would possibly use their service again.

Our house has three sides with brick, with the rear of the house covered with a stained scribed plywood paneling.  The rear siding was as old as the house (37 years), and had begun to deteriorate.  We had decided to replace the rear siding with the most durable siding available, which was vinyl-coated steel.  After reviewing the reports on Angie's List, we settled on ABC Seamless Siding as our first choice of supplier.  The estimator was Dale Oyer, the owner of the company.  He came out promptly, had all of the samples needed for us to make our choice.  He measured the area to be covered, and wrote an estimate on the spot.  After thinking about it for a day, we called to accept the estimate, and to schedule the work.
The crew arrived precisely when expected, and completed the job in a single day.  They were very professional, and obviously skilled at their trade. The job went smoothly, with no hidden fees or "Oops, we forgot to add this small cost" surprises.  The results were amazing, to say the least. We are very happy with the new look and with the extra insulation, which was a significant factor in lowering our heating bills dramatically last winter.

Estmate given by Dale Oyer, the head of the company, about June 7. Interview was very pleasant and he was very forthcoming, friendly, and professional. He said it would be 3-4 weeks before work could start, due to work load, which was fine with us. I chose the vinyl-covered steel siding because it has been rated the best for durability and looks. His scheduler called on Monday, 6/28, and said crew could start work the next morning, to which, of course, I agreed. Crew arrived Tuesday (6/27) morning, with all gear, got right to work. there were 4-5 men on the crew, who were obviously knowledgeable and experienced. Their site preparation was painstaking and well done. By the end of the day, the job was about 3/4 complete. They arrived back early (8:30am) the next morning, finished up including site cleanup by 10:15am. The work was done beautifully, and looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the result, and would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing siding, roofing, or gutters.

This was an excellent experience. We had 2 neighbor's recommend them, and after looking at my neighbor's home, I was sold. There was no fault with them. I even had them come back 3 weeks later to add house numbers and outdoor lights, and they came at no charge. This all-around great company.
