ABC Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Plumber (not the owner) showed up an hour and half late.  He arrived at 10:30 Saturday morning and began working. He left 4 times during the day to "get parts". I went to check on him several times and he had cut two oversized holes in my wall.  He left at 7PM to go get parts and I called and called to find out when he was returning. I never received a phone call so I called the owner - Russell Jones to find out where his plumber was.  He said he didn't know. During the conversation Mr Jones told me I was being overcharged and that the job shouldn't have been more than $400.  He didn't know why his tech had to keep leaving. But thing the tech had told me, Mr. Jones said wasn't true.  The original plumber returned at 11:00 PM with another man. I refused to let them in and again called Mr. Jones.  I told him I was calling the police on the plumber and reporting abc plumbing to the better business bureau, I told him that this was a simple leak and should not have taken over 12 hours to complete.  Mr. Jones then became irate and started yelling at me that he had no control over this man. That he didn't have a leash on his employee..  He was using horrible profanity. Dropping the f bomb every other word.  When he started cussing, I started recording his conversation and then became fearful that he or his "employee" would retailiate in some way. I called the police and filed a complaint.   I never heard anything back from ABC plumbing and was left with two gaping holes in my wall and my shower still leaked!!!  He also broke several tiles in the shower.  I had to call another company with charged me 600 to repair the "repairs" abc plumbing did and fix the sheetrock. I would never ever use this company!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Walked through our home with dog poop on his shoes and got it everywhere. It would have been nice if he had used boot covers considering the weather. We have hard wood flooring and he was wearing had soled cowboy boots, again boot covers would have been preferred. While he was snaking the drain he had ended up going through to another bathroom, out through the bathroom, out under the door, and the end was beating against our hard wood floors. He left without cleaning up the mess behind him and was supposed to return this morning to complete service. He never arrived and he has not called. Every time I call to get an idea of what is going on a cellular message comes up telling me that his mailbox is full.
