They were there when they said thye would be, they had to take down a fence to get into the backyard and they replaced it like it had never been touched and they cleaned up their area before they left. The next day they came back and removed all the forms. They did not do any backfilling where the forms were so no sodding or seeding was done. The sidewalk was supposed to be 4' all the the way around but they ended up making part of it only 3' wide but the owner adjusted the bill without any complaints. They were great to work with.

They called me back within two days of my first phone call. They were one of the few service providers to service my area. The estimate was clear and professional we knew exactly how much the service cost. They also worked around our schedule. My husband was also very pleased with the skills of the back hoe driver to maneuver around existing fixtures on the property. They also put plastic on windows to make sure that concrete didn't splatter also cleaned up after themselves every day they didn't leave any trash around.

They did everything in one day. They were $100 less than another company I looked at from Angie's List. I will say, one of their workman put all the nails into the little holes in the ground- that's not very environmental. The contractor should be aware of this.

I decided not to use this company due to the poor response to phone calls and email. When they finally were able to arrange to actually see the proposed work site, I found that they did not listen very well and were assuming a different scope of work than what I wanted. Their schedule was many weeks out which did not satisfy my needs. The quote for an estimate was higher than the contractor I eventually chose. It is probably best that we did not try to work together on this.

They were very professional. They were on time and did what was contracted to do. Poured the patio, made some curved steps, and even corrected the drainage problem we had in the back yard. I liked them enough to have them pour a patio at our rental property. I thought the owner had some good ideas that other contractors bidding the job did not suggest. He had a "hands on approach."
