Arthur was great. He was on another job when we called but said he would call when he was through. He called back and I met him at the home. It turned out to be too big a job for him. I asked him for some help with a temporary fix and he was great. He went and got his truck with his equipment. We slid some flashing under the gutters which stopped the leaking. It took us about 1 1/2 hours and he charged me $75. Arthur was great.

I recently sold my home and had to have unacceptable conditions repaired. Mr. Black was referred by my agent. He came to my house to examine what needed to be repaired and promptly made all repairs as described. He even followed up with my agent to make sure all repairs were satisfactory. I had an unsatisfactory experience with a handyman service I previously found on Angie's list. He needed to follow up, said he would, but never did. Mr. Black is very conscientious about his work and goes the extra length to make sure his customer is happy.
