 + -1 moreArthur was great. He was on another job when we called but said he would call when he was through. He called back and I met him at the home. It turned out to be too big a job for him. I asked him for some help with a temporary fix and he was great. He went and got his truck with his equipment. We slid some flashing under the gutters which stopped the leaking. It took us about 1 1/2 hours and he charged me $75. Arthur was great.
Description of Work: I had water leaking into a rental home from the roof and needed some quick help.

Description of Work: Prepped house for painting, power washing & scraping as needed. Replaced some broken siding. Mortared cracks in foundation. Did a great job covering & protecting nearby surfaces. Good job all around on my 1 1/2 story house & double garage.

 + 4 moreI recently sold my home and had to have unacceptable conditions repaired. Mr. Black was referred by my agent. He came to my house to examine what needed to be repaired and promptly made all repairs as described. He even followed up with my agent to make sure all repairs were satisfactory. I had an unsatisfactory experience with a handyman service I previously found on Angie's list. He needed to follow up, said he would, but never did. Mr. Black is very conscientious about his work and goes the extra length to make sure his customer is happy.
Description of Work: Installed all exposed outdoor wiring in conduit. Installed missing vent on top of roof. Replaced damaged boots on flashing. Replaced and painted wood rot on exterior and secured loose gutters to fascia boards.
