They were everything what I wanted and more. I have used cleaning services for decades and have never found one I like as well as Greenway. The team was professional, personable and ultra thorough.

Very well. They are very conscientious and professional.

This service cost my $400 and I am so disappointed in it. I paid to have my house deep cleaned so I did not have to worry about cleaning while moving, and that did not happen. On the website they talk about being detail oriented and meticulous, I saw none of that. I would never recommend this service to another.

Very thorough, they did an excellent job, I'm so pleased with them. They had a crew of 3 people. They all were very nice and friendly people. The leader of the group took me around the entire house afterwards to check that everything was to my satisfaction. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company again. I'm a very satisfied customer.

DIdn't go too well.  The next day I found soot and dust in places that should have been cleaned.  They also scrubbed scratches into our stove that had never been used... it had only been installed the day before.
I called and the crew came back out to complete the job, and gave us a Starbucks gift card for the inconvenience.  I would not recommend them.

My wife and I hired this company because we are throwing a big family party and will be hosting several house guests. I must say, I was completely blown away by their level of care and professionalism. The staff were all polite and courteous and I could tell they truly cared about making sure I was totally satisfied. The flowers they left waiting for us were a very classy touch as well.  I can say without reservation the $980 we paid was worth every penny!!! I would highly recommend A Green Way Home Cleaning to any homeowner, especially those concerned with value over simply getting the cheapest price. This was the best home cleaning I've ever had!

The house was not cleaned to per contract. Left floor dirty under sofa, bed, and kennel.

They do a good job.  They come when I’m not here and so I really don’t have a clue.

The crew arrived on time and meticulously cleaned the entire house. When we arrived to inspect the whole house sparkled! The woodwork popped and the bathrooms were spotless. We chose Greenway because they use ecologically friendly cleaning techniques and solutions. We thought they were a little pricey, but the results are great!
The team was friendly and worked well together.

The usual clean---wood floors, tile, bathrooms, except I only had them clean one shower stall. Needed to concentrate on certain areas for the time spent:-) Company coming-)  House is over 5,000 sq ft. So just had them do certain areas, not touching certain antiques, etc.    Crew of 3 spent 4 hours here.     Kitchen/all, appliances, plantation shutters, baseboards, lamps, stairs.    Appreciate them so much!

Crew arrived on time. I left to run errands. Arrived back to hear loud laughter,not good since paying by hour. Not sure if crew playing or working when I arrived back. Felt the cleaning was good but no better than I do myself on my day off. Felt price was extremely high for service received.

Our phone call was promptly returned, they came and gave us a reasonable bid very quickly and performed the service as stated in their profile.  The cleaning team was professional and provided a great service.  They honored the bid cost we were given even though the job took a little bit longer to complete.  We are very satisfied and will likely use them again!

A Green Way has been cleaning our home monthly for some time, and each time they do an excellent job.  One of the best way to measure a company is by how they handle challenges.  For the first time in the years they have been coming, an accident happened and something was broken; not only did they call immediately, follow-up the next day to ensure we were satisfied, and take care of the damage, the refused our offer to split the cost and insisted on taking care of all of it themselves.  Plus, they are known for paying their workers a good wage and benefits, and are always gracious about scheduling, even when we need to reschedule at the last minute.  This is the way all companies should do business.  Thank you, A Green Way!

Wow!  They were wonderful!  They paid attention to all the details and were exceptionally professional.  I loved that they were not using products with nasty chemicals and my house smells wonderful.   I don't think my house was this clean when I first moved into it!

Great service performed well. The crew leader DiDi was amazing. Although the crew was new, she quickly trained them and they were productive immediately. The entire crew worked hard all day and did a great job doing all those tasks I hate - from cleaning baseboards and moldings to washing the windows and scrubbing the shower. They made the house sparkle. I'll definitely have them back again the next time I need a deep cleaning.

The crew was able to fit me in earlier than scheduled and did a wonderful job.  I would highly recommend their service and will use them them again.

We recently moved into our new home. Our buyers agent had hired another company to deep clean for us, as a gift from him. They did not show up. As I panicked looking at all the "crumbies" everywhere, I called upon this company, and Dee for help. She was able to work me into her schedule, came for estimate the next day, and was able to get the crew there to clean the next day! They did great work, and although I believe it was a little more work than they expected, did great. They went over by 2 hours (which is because they are so thorough), but I play was charged for rate quoted by Dee. Lauren was the kind gal who comes after cleaning is wrapping up to inspect work and make sure all is done. She even helped the girls finish up. All in all, was very impressed with this service, and the hours and HOURS they saved me by cleaning top to bottom! Will be using them again for deep cleaning on annual or bi-annual basis, for sure!

They did everything and more than I could have done myself.

We were really pleased with them and we pay them a monthly charge.  Their customer service is very good.  They call before and after to make sure that everything went well.  They have us walk through with them after the job, to fix anything that we weren’t satisfied with.  They clean really well and overall we highly recommend them.
