A Class Computers

I love these guys.  They are very professional and have quick turnaround times.  I've taken my computer in a few times before for things I couldn't fix myself and have always had an A+ experience.  I would highly recommend them.

I called and got estimate for issue,  then dropped it off.
He performed the service described in "services performed" section within the time frame he stated and then called me and I came to pick it up, paid him the amount he quoted and received the repaired laptop.

We dropped our computer off with a virus and we just wanted the operating system reinstalled because we didn't need the old files recovered. We had the original os disk the computer came with but they said they had their own to use. They told us it would be ready in two days. When we went to pick it up the store was closed even though it was during the operating hours posted on the front door. I called and left a message right then for them to contact me but no one ever called me. The next day I called again and someone answered and said they had been sick but I could come get it. When I got it home error messages kept popping up so I took it back to them and told them something wasn't right.  They were supposed to look at it and give us a call as soon as they could get to it. Five days later I called them and they said it was fixed. When I got it home and hooked up this time it had windows 7 installed instead of the vista program it was originally purchased with. I never purchased windows 7 so I don't know why or how that happened. The computer then diplayed a hard disk error and will not work. A class computer did more damage than any repair and i paid for them to NOT fix my computer because it still wont work- I STRONGLY  suggest that no one trusts this company!
