A-BEES

It’s a scam. They did get rid fo the beeds, but everything else was a scam. They ended up charging me 6 times what the going rate is. They were disorganized. It’s a bunch of young kids who show up in an unmarked white van and they don’t even have a legitimate address listed. They won’t take credit cards. It was a hassle to get them to come to follow up. No one should use them. They are horrible and I believe they are actually being investigated.

The bees were back in about a week. Abee's refused to come back out unless I paid them the same amount again! They insisted these couldn't be from the same hive. I said no thanks and called another company and finally got satisfactory results. By the way, Abees goes by several names, incl. Johnson Kill Creek, Budget Bee and others. Also, you might want to know they are under investigation by the Johnson County DA's office.

A week and a half later the bees were back. I called Abee's and they insisted it was a different swarm and they would have to charge me again. This time, esp. since the bees were not inside the house this time, I said no thanks and did a little research before calling anyone. (Abee's has no address and no website listed. My check was made out to simply "Johnson." - These things should have made me suspicious from the beginning). Finally, I called Critter Control - great company - see my report.
