This is one of the hardest headliners to replace. They did an outstanding job. On top of that, they were willing to add a detail for very reasonable, discounted price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It was wonderful. Their price was reasonable, and they didn't charge me a fortune. It took about two hours. The roof is just like it used to be. I would tell a friend or family member that I recommend them highly and that they do good work. I am satisfied.

I went in for an estimate and it was a surprisingly good experience. They gave me two estimates: one for pulling out and cleaning the carpet and another for brand new carpet installed. I do plan to have them do the work.

I was very impressed with the full detail job performed by A and A ROYAL AUTO TRIM. It was easy to set up an appointment, they were ready for my truck when it arrived, and were very polite and professional. Everything they said they would do appeared to be done. The vehicle was spotless on the outside and inside. Carpets had been vacuumed and were still damp so I know they shampooed them as well. The tires were shiny and they removed gunk off my rims that I thought would never come off. The work was performed within the timeframe they told me it would be. Overall a very good experience.

Did an excellent job

THE CARPET WAS POOR QUALITY, BUT I DIDN'T EXPECT MUCH FOR $300. I DROVE STRAIGHT HOME, TOOK THE MATS OUT TO LET ADHESIVE DRY, and DIDN'T DRIVE IT UNTIL NEXT DAY WHEN I FOUND NEW CARPET SATURATED W/ PINK, OILY FLUID. MY MECHANIC CONFIRMED IT WAS COOLANT, SAID THE HEATER CORE MUST BE DAMAGED, AND ADVISED ME TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER FOR WARRANTY. DEALER FOUND A SCREW DRIVEN THROUGH THE NEW CARPET INTO THE HEATER CORE. I CALLED A and A OWNER AND REPORTED THIS, and EXPLAINED (NICELY) THAT IT MUST'VE HAPPENED AT A and A BECAUSE THERE'D BEEN NO COOLANT LEAK PRIOR TO LEAVING CAR THERE, AND IT HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED BY ANYONE ELSE BEFORE I DISCOVERED LEAK. OWNER DENIED RESPONSIBILITY, WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE, and BLAMED MY MECHANIC OR THE DEALERSHIP. AFTER DEALERSHIP MGR. TALKED TO HIM; A and A AGREED TO FIX THE HEATER CORE, BUT DAMAGED THE REPLACEMENT PART TOO. WE FILED A SMALL CLAIMS SUIT and SETTLED FOR $1500 (18 MOS. LATER) COVERING MOST OF THE DAMAGES, BUT NOT LOST WORK HOURS, CAR RENTAL and TIME.
