I found out the furnace blower motor was not working the afternoon of Halloween. Called Josiah at about 2:00, he came at 5:00 said the capacitor was the problem and he has one in his truck. It was fixed quickly. Josiah will be my go to guy for future heating A/C problems.

Josiah came and took things apart on the furnace and found the root of our problem. The heat exchanger was out which can cause carbon monoxide to leak making the alarm go off (which is very scary when you have children). Josaih was very understanding of my concern and promptly ordered everything that was needed. We decided with the age of the unit as well as the outside unit to go with a complete new system. It was still warm out but he made sure to have everything installed before we would need it. My husband works from home and is on the phone often. His office is located right next to our utility room. Josiah was very flexible with timing to complete the job while my husband was not working. All in all, he was great and our system works amazing! Hopefully we will not have to be using him anytime soon but will definitely use him for ANY of our HVAC needs! He was sure to let us know that he also does urgent calls if something were to go wrong ever.

It went wonderfully, he gave me a great deal, and he came right away.  He also saved me alot of money because I did not need a new 'A' coil.  He made sure that the warranty was turned in correctly so if I need service in the future, any authorized rep can work on it.
