We were very pleased with all aspects of the service. The new units are working great and the installation was completed as promised on time. They were very careful inside and outside of our home - protecting the carpet and keeping the areas clean.

They were excellent all around as far as explaining what we had and what we needed and what the advantages of the new system were. They were very good. We got some other bids and their price was the best.

Comfort care installed a new heat pump for me.  They came out at my
request and gave me a bid, as did one other local company.  Comfort
care's bid was about $2,000 lower on a $6,000 job.  They showed up when
they said they would, and did what they said they would in the time they
said it would take.  So far the equipment is working as a new unit
should.
So far, a pleasant experience and I'd use them again.

They were fine. The heat pump that I bought back 2008 was out on three months out of warranty. They talked to the manufacturer and they said if this failed it's just outside the warranty. We had to do something to help this guy. They took a little while for them to come back and they kept pressuring the manufacturer and they finally came thru. I wouldn't get them probably 3200 dollars the problem that they gave me to me it cost.

It was such a long process that it went on and on. They had good resources.

Comfort Care scheduled me rather quickly for service which was a good start. They came to service my system which could not adequately cool the house. They added freon to the system which solved the problem. I was a little shocked at how much it cost after receiving the bill. This service was performed on a second home: our lake home. I had just had our primary residence serviced for same issue around the same time. The bill to add 1.5 lbs of R-22 at my primary residence inlcuding labor was only $96 (a local service provider in Arkansas... not Comfort Care that I'm rating here). The bill at my lake home from Comfort Care was $259.50. In all fairness they had to add a few more pounds of freon, but the labor portion was still double what I paid for same service locally here in Arkansas. I marked Comfort Care poorly on professionalism only because their invoice was not detailed on the pounds they had to add or the PSI readings. I had to call to understand how much was added and why my bill was so high. They told me verbally how many pounds was added, but this would have been best documented on the invoice along with PSI readings. On whether I'd use them again, I would mark a "maybe" box if there was one, but marked "yes" only because I would consider using them again since they did solve my problem in a timely fashion. I just feel the bill was too high, and not well documented or detailed.
