I've had A-1 do several repairs for me. They are the ultimate handyman. They have done little things like installing a ceiling fan to replacing my subflooring after a leak in the house. The last time they were out to replace a deck post that a tenant backed into and broke. I called on a Saturday at 1pm and they were at the villa with a fix by 6:30pm that same night. That level of service is tough to find at the lake.
