Two Moms & A Mop

Millie Turley was the owner of Two Moms and a Mop. She provided service for me for almost a year. I was somewhat satisfied with her service but I thought they could do a better job cleaning the tub/shower area. On Thursday morning, Crystal Steward called me and said Millie gave her the business and asked if I could write a check to Crystal Stewart. I could not because I had already left for work. When I got home I was pleased with the service but I noticed the tub/shower was still not cleaned well. Later that evening, I received a call from "Jennifer" saying she worked at my house with Crystal that day and she felt horrible about what she saw and she needed to tell me. Jennifer said that Crystal took a Big-e-Pak container of Eclipse gum and 2 rolls of paper towels. She said she tried to explain to Crystal how it was wrong and Crystal said that she didn't think I would care if she took it. Jennifer also said she regularly sees Crystal helping herself to drinks in other client's refrigerators. Jennifer offered to come back to clean for me if I didn't want Crystal back. On Friday I called Millie to find out what was going on with the transfer of the business and ask about Crystal and Jennifer. She said she had too many things in her life currently and she couldn't handle the business. She said she gave the business to Crystal. She also said that she could not imagine Crystal taking items from my house and that she had worked with Crystal for a very long time. Millie said Jennifer was Bi-Polar and that Crystal had fired her on Thursday and Jennifer was trying to get Crystal's business. Later I called Crystal and told her what Jennifer had told me. She said she had to fire Jennifer and that she was very sorry for the problems. I asked Crystal who took the items from my home and she said Jennifer did it. I asked her why she allowed her employee to remove items from my home and she said she was going to pay me back. I told Crystal that I didn't trust any of them and they would not be welcome back into my home. I also filed a police report.
