Our experiences with Mr Ochoa have been a disaster. He has our money and has the materials which he can remill to a narrower width and resell and yet he refuses to return our money. We sent a letter from our lawyer and he still refuses. We are not suing in small claims court because we would not be able to collect our money from him even after winning the judgment and it's not worth the hassle. He will have to answer to a much higher authority someday.
