Stouffer Communications

This is a constant issue. I can't get a connection and realize after work. A message is left and no one calls the next business day. I have to call a couple hours into the next business day. Supposedly a technician will be by and will call to let me know when. I hear nothing and work out of town. Missing work days and using friends internet just in case they are in the area. July 4th week I was without connection on the 3rd and left a message. Called late morning of the 5th and finally got a call on the 8 th that they stopped by and it should be fixed. It worked for two weeks and then on the weekend it went out again. Monday afternoon after a busy work day I tried before leaving an after hours message and it was working. Here we are a couple more weeks since the last time and I sit and wait. A plumbing issue came up so I could not go to the office and cannot work from home. Plumbing is fixed and still I wait as the 5:00 hour approaches. I have a full time technology job that requires working after hours when I am home. I work with an animal rescue group and maintain their rescues online and respond to emails. I need reliable internet and need someone to communicate with me when there are issues.

Their service is so-so. When I call, sometimes they have people who know what they are doing then others don't know what they are doing.
