They're really dependable and good. I really like them. It was a different kind of furnace for this area so it was really high because of what it was. I don't know their average price. Everything is covered under the warranty. They're very professional.

I have used Simpson Sheet Metal(branch office in Carthage, MO) before and have always been pleased with their work.
This air conditioning problem occurred during Memorial Day weekend. I am sure that was a factor in my having to wait a few days for them to come to my home. When I called on Tuesday, they said they could not get there until Friday. The young man who did the repair work was courteous, professional and friendly. He checked the indoor unit first, before going outside where he quickly found, and fixed, the problem.
I will not hesitate to use them again.

Everything was done in a very business like manner. Employees were very friendly and courteous. Took extra steps to assure we were satisfied with installation from quality to cleanliness. By having more efficent units installed, our utility bills have been reduced, and temperature in house is more constitent for heating and cooling.
