RUSSELL'S TIRE SVC

My Mom had 4 tires put on her chevy truck less than 5 years ago and we had 2 front end blow outs on our way back from Arkansas last week. The tires blew out because of dry rot and the date on the tires was 2006 and my Mom's truck is a 2007. They also broke out my Mom's headlight on her truck during the tire replacement and we did not see the damage untill the next morning. I called and asked about them fixing the damage they had done and they said they had not done it and refused to fix the damage. These people are CROOKS and sell tires that are defective.

I stopped in to make an appointment and order tires. They had the tires I wanted in stock and had them mounted and balanced, as well as my oil changed, in less than an hour. They were incredibly nice and professional and I highly recommend them. I will certainly return to them for all my automotive needs.

Took several vehicles in for inspection. They were not nit-picky and I would certainly use them again. They got me in right a way.

They were good. They provided very good customer service, and they were helpful. I had a couple of car lights that were out, and they told me about it. They gave me the option of whether or not I wanted to have them do it or I could. They didn't do anything without asking. I opted for me doing it. Once I got that done, I got it back to the shop again the next day. Everything was fine and I got the inspection done, so no problems at all. They did a very good job too when I used them earlier. I would definitely continue to use them.
