Went in to get my car serviced and was roped into the showroom and pressured to trade in.the lowlife salesman even went as far as to threaten to strangle me. They lied about basically everything and a month before my daughter was born.Worst experience ive ever had at a car dealership

We bought a 2012 dodge caravan and didn't know that Kia didn't really check these cars out. We also didn't realize they had taken advantage of us on the price. Here we are two years out and have replaced brakes, rotors, tires, battery and now the car is stalling in drive thrus and the ac doesn't work. We went in to trade it in and they couldn't help us, because we paid to much for the dodge van mind you we bought it from them. Dealer for the people is a lie!! Don't buy a car there!

After I found out. I called Roper Kia and told them about it .They said they asked me about any extended warranties I had purchased (this is true they did) and I never purchased an extended warranty. They replaced the transmission free of charge. Never apologized for the service I received that day.
