I'm a member there, I go three times a week. They have all kinds of machines, treadmills, workout machines, but I use the silver sneakers aerobics class. They've got all kinds and I've used all the machines and had a personal trainer for a little while. And I used to walk on the treadmill for a while until my - I've got inflammation in the hip so I'm not able to do that. The location, the staff, the people there, I mean it's just a really - it's not intimidating, it's just they're real helpful and it's just a friendly place. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and they help you with anything that you need. It's friendly and also all ages go there. It's not just a target for young people. People my age can go there and not feel intimidated. They have a lot to offer for people my age. It's very reasonable.

It's a great place. The staff and the people are really friendly. It's clean and it's just a great atmosphere. The instructors are wonderful. My aerobics instructor is really good. The price is one of the big perks too. I recommend it to anybody when they are looking for a workout place.

The variety of the equipment was top notch. It was a great experience. I would've liked to see him stay open a little later in the evening though.
