Horrible!!!!! Buyer beware! If they could get a zero rating that is what they deserve. If you have a warranty with Asurion, which is another horrible company, they will choose this company as a service provider if you are in the Metro KC area. Everything I read in the other reviews online rings very true to my experience. They are unprofessional and liars. They lied to Asurion saying they had been verbally abused when my husband and I complained about dryer not being in the same condition it was in when they arrived. When confronted about the online reviews which I only said rang true about my experience, Haley, from National Review Center said we were being "hateful". That was abuse I suppose in her mind because I never said exactly what I had read in the reviews, but obviously she knew how terrible the reviews were out here. The truth is usually "hateful" to those who have nefarious intentions and do dubious deeds. When they came the dryer powered on, when they left it did not. He spent over an hour in my home taking my dryer completely apart stating it was a dryer switch and he had to order it. He couldn't tell me or even estimate how long that would take and to call Monday into their office. Do not let Asurion send these people to your home. They need to be removed from their service provider list. Vote with your pocketbook, do not buy a warranty with Asurion as well if they continue to keep this company as a service provider. It is too late for us as we are so far in our warranty contract with Asurion, but we will not renew the warranty for our washer and dryer which just arrived in mail with Nebraska Furniture Mart because they told us we would have to use Asurion. We more than likely cancel the warranty we purchased for a stove 4 months old. We do not have the option because it has been more than 30 days to buy a warranty with another warranty company. Investigate the warranty as thoroughly as what you purchase. After spending several thousands of dollars with NFM, I believed NFM would only contract with a good warranty company and thus that company good service providers. Do not allow them warranty companies to send people to your home unless you have had a chance to look at their service records first.
