Fantastic Service. Chuck was our technician and he did a great job of explaining exactly what he was applying in terms of spray and took his time to thouroughly go over the property with a fine tooth comb !! Will definitely use McVay again should the need arise !!

Originally the work was scheduled to begin on July 2nd, but due to a sickness it actually began on July 3rd and was completed the following week.  I was satisfied with the work and the professional approach to the job.  Everything was explained in detail.  The work is guaranteed for 5 years and the home will be inspected for termites every year during the 5-year period.

Service provider was on time and making an appointment was easy.  Professionalism of provider was not the highest.  Insecticide was applied all over the place in a less than judicious manner.  Prices for all providers I called were the same.

Chuck is the guy who comes out.  I've been using them for about a year.  They are very friendly.  They always come early.  If we make an appointment for 2 pm, they tend to show up at about 1pm.  They are very nice and very thorough.  Normally as soon as I call he can come within a day or so.  He's a real sweetheart.
