 + -1 moreWe heard this company was excellent, so we called them for an estimate. The visit for an estimate was okay and free. However, since the power meter box is falling off the wall, we were promised an immediate follow-up. The gentlemen who came said they would have the electric company turn off the power in our home and then the Layne company will rush and do the job to secure the power meter box and have the electric power resume ASAP. -- Well, over a week has gone by and we never heard of this company again; our phone calls have not been returned either.-- We would've appreciated if they would'd told us that they were too busy for these small jobs or recommend someone else or something.We'll have to call someone else as we don't want our house burned.
Description of Work: Visit for an estimate and promised follow up.
