Joplin pool and spa's prices do not commensurate with their customer service. BEWARE -- if you pay first, you lose all rights to customer service. Jeffrey, the manager has consistently dealt with our issues with rudeness, arrogance and condescension. I'm taking my business elsewhere -- something I should have done the first time our pool turned green and Jeffrey sold me 100 lbs. of chemicals (that is not a typo) -- they were doing our weekly service but were "too busy" to address the problem themselves. It's a shame, because Trish and Andy, the couple that actually do the work, are very pleasant.

We went there to be get educated about pool and spa and they were very helpful explaining what we needed to do. They help us to find the right thing for us and they educated as well to have the pool up and running.
