I was out of town and got word that my employers Mother had passed away. Our company is a family owned business and I wanted to send flowers to both the president and the Vice President as well as to the husband of the deceased. Since I was out of town, I was late getting the news. The family was due to be at the funeral home at 2.00pm on the days I called. It was 12.00 noon when I called and I wanted delivery before they arrived at 2.00pm. In the past I had trield the 800 number florists and had been very displeased with the results so I wanted a company that I could trust to give me very nice floral arrangements at a reasonable price. I also needed to send three different arrangements to three different locations on a very tight time line. Higdon surpassed my expectations. The lady who took my order was pleasant and very detailed and fully understood my needs. She recommended specific types of plants and patiently waited while I looked them up on my phone to see what she was recommending. Everything she recommended was perfect for my needs. Even though I had required that the plants be delivered within 2 hours of my call, Higdon delivered with time to spare. The arrangements were fresh, beautiful and individually unique to each receiving family. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone needing floral services. You will not be disappointed.

They are timely and efficient. The flower arrangements were beautiful. They were delivered with no wilted or broken flowers.
