He seemed to be a good worker and the price was reasonable. I had already bought the stone and windows and so forth. He was supposed to do it on September 23rd but he did not show up until late October. He was contracted to put in four new windows, and take the old boards off of the bay windows in the front and put stone on it. He sent someone else to do the remaining work, because he was busy but that guy never came so he finally called and he came out and his crew finished the job. I paid them separately and it cost a little bit more. What ESP Home Repair did was good but he did not do what was contracted. His time and calling back were horrible. He is not professional if he does not come back and takes other jobs in the mean time.

Erick Scott Polley is the owner of this company. Overall I am extremely pleased with their work. They had a very up-front kind of understanding. Their estimate was accurate. Their punctuality and cleanliness was very good. They cleaned up everything every day. It took them a week and half. Even little things they took care of, we have a phone on the wall that has a cord, they moved the receptacle and it came straight down as it was a little further away so they are going to put a receptacle next to the light switches. That is over and above what we expected. So they have been extremely helpful. Price wise it was more than the insurance allowed by about $250 and I did not have another estimate done so there was no way of comparing. But it was reasonably within the insurance allowed. As for responsiveness they told us how long they would start and when they would do it and how long it would take and it was precisely as they anticipated. As for punctuality they were right on target on what they said. They were extremely professional. We took off panelling and they thought there was sheetrock underneath it. But the sheetrock was unfinished. So they put new sheet rock over the old one and finished it very well. I was very pleased. I will use them again. They will surely do what they have promised and more as the need arises.
