ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR

The rental car pick up service was early to pick me up, once we got into the make shift enterprise located at the cossroads chevy dealership there were quite a few people but plenty of reps were there helping everyone. We were helped by a rep who had lost his house in the tornado but was still very cheerful. They didn't have any more cars available in the "category" we were covered in so I asked about  a car in a premium category. The manager Matt Greene was very helpful and fun. He told the rep to bring a car around to us but not to tell us before it came. The rep showed up in a new chevy camaro!! It was a great suprise. We did the walk around and got the insurance on the car. Two days later I brought the car back. The rep that helped me then was also very helpful and Matt remembered who I was. After seeing so many people through the doors it was nice to see I was remembered and it was personable. GREAT SERVICE FROM THE GUYS AT ENTERPRISE!!
