We've been using them for a couple of years now. The programming is very good. It was a great experience. I give them As across the board.

We switched from another company because we could get local channels with Dish. The only complaint I have is the price is always going up. Lately we've been having a little bit of trouble getting our satellite connection; that might be solar flares. But overall, they're in there with the rest of them.

I do not like that they raise the rates and do not tell you. Then when I call for customer help, it is all international and outsourced.
