My experience was horrible. Borrowing the initial 200.00 wasn't a problem,however, when I was a day late making my payment, the manager called my home and left a reminder with my husband. This was understandable. However, he also called my mother-in law to "remind" her of my obligation,and my parents and everyone one else on my reference list. It was a very humiliating experience, and Mr. Boykins was very condescending. If they had explained that EVERY one on the reference list would be called if you are late,I probably would never have taken the loan out. The customer is treated like an idiot and a fool. This is not a place you should ever use for a loan!!!!
