Bridgewater Roofing is A+++ in service, quality and pricing. May of 2023 we contacted several services and Bridgewater came out immediately. No other roofing companies offered the options and pricing that Bridgewater gave us, half of them didn't return our call. Immediately after committing to Bridgewater, their crew was on site. Jason was fantastic to work with, addressing our needs with an aged shingle roof and hope to upgrade to metal roofing. The crew was specific in clearing every decision in the process to our preferences and even had more supplies delivered immediately when we made an on site request! The crew was kind and professional, clean and hardworking. The concern of customer satisfaction showed as their Value System! I had an expensive out building built on site a year previous and was not given any of the respect and communication that I received from Bridgewater Roofing! The metal roof has improved our home tremendously and we are so happy with Bridgewater that we are now interested in their professional gutter services too! Bridgewater Roofing...they are great,professional,reasonable,highly recommended! We needed a new roof last year (2017) & wanted Bridgewater to do the job but they were slammed at the time. Another company was available that I had gotten positive feedback about & we had them do the job. Everything seemed fine but about a year later we noticed some moisture spots in a couple of areas, we just had new sheet rock put in some of the ceilings. Well....we called Bridgewater to check it out, they said our vent to the hot water heater was covered, humidity was the culprit, we could have died from carbon monoxide poisoning, plus mold had started forming. They fixed the issues for us & we are so thankful for them. We will contact them to install gutters/downspouts for us. Avoid KA Construction (Kyle Douglas Ackerson) like the plague, HIGHLY unprofessional!

All the local roofers were very busy and the first two I called would promise to come but never show up. It still too a while but Bridgewater came and fixed it right. It was more extensive than expected but they were really good at explaining how to fix it correctly.

Bridgewater went above and beyond and I am very appreciative. I will only use them for all roofing issues in the future. I discovered a leak in my roof. I called Bridgewater to get an estimate for the repair. They immediately called me back and showed up as promised. They gave me a very acceptable quote for the repair and explained every detail. As this was just before Christmas, we were needing to schedule the repair after the holidays when our finances were a little better. Instead of just dropping it there, the technicians said that they didn't want the leak to get worse while we saved the money so they applied a temporary fix at no charge! It is wonderful to do business with a company that places the person (not even a customer yet) above everything yet. They have won a customer for life. Thank you Bridgewater team!

The workers were very professional and neat. Cleaned up everyday after working until 9pm. Bob Newhall came out everyday to look around and Sergio the crew leader was great. They promised three days and delivered! Our new roof looks great and we are very happy. I would recommend this company to anyone. They even price match, not an issue with us because their bid came in significantly lower than the others. We even paid less than the bid because they over estimated the number of squares needed. Honest, prompt and professional, what more could you want.

They were very professional.  They came when they said they were going to come and they did what they said they were going to do.  They followed through and if something wasn’t right, they came back and took care of it.

I found some invoices by who and when the roof was replaced. I called Bridgewater to see if they could come over and look at the roof. I was told the roof warranty only goes with the owner. I don't know if all roof warranties are that way but that is ridiculous. There is nothing that we did to cause the leaks. I worked in the auto industry for many years and that is they way car warranties use to be but fortunately they caught up with the times and warranties transfer to the next owner until it expires. When I was told it was not covered I was okay with that and just wanted them to come and look at it to see if they could identify the leaking problem. I was willing to pay to fix it but after many calls I only talked to them once and then the other times they did not return my calls. One area where we had a leak would literally pour down the arch wall and bubble the paint where I could poke a hole in the paint and water would run out. I finally got up on the roof and used some roof sealant in many areas to try an seal the leak. I think I finally got that issue resolved on my own but I should not have had to do that on a new roof. Now I noticed in another area of the house the finished of the ceiling starting to peel away. The ceiling feels damp in that area. According to the bill they also replaced some guttering with and quot;seamlessand quot; guttering. The guttering on this house is the worst I've seen and leaks everywhere. It also looks like they took a downspout out on one side of the house which channels all the water to one spout. This overloads the gutter and causes the water to pour over the sides because of the volume of water is defeating the purpose of the gutter. It appears the insurance company may of paid for some of it not sure why unless there was hail damage.
I just joined Angie's list and want to make people aware of our experience. I am currently seeking someone to come and fix the roof correctly. If you have had your roof done in the past year by these guys I hope it is not leaking or does not start leaking. You should know after all the rain we've had

They did a nice job on the roof. We are really pleased. They were friendly and very clean. They cleaned up all the mess.

It turned out wonderful, and they did a great job. They were quick and efficient. The re-roof of my house was expensive, but there were a lot of roofers that were more expensive and there were some cheaper. I liked them because they guarantee their work, and they were bonded, insured and licensed and all that good stuff. They did the cleaning and took care of everything, and they were very professional. They were wonderful and very friendly. The price was average.

It wasn't the best experience. I ended up having my bill adjusted due to work that wasn't initially repaired and a verbal exchange ensued. They attempted to rectify the problem. Their very unprofessional in their handling of the customers request and there's no quality in their workmanship.

Started out good. Ended with the roof looking the same as when it started, old and worn. They used pads instead of roof ladder therefore compromising the shingles.Laid roof paper in wrong direction. All around unprofessional work. Was worse experience with a contractor, glad its over and hope the roof doesn't leak!

Really works with customer on insurance problems. Insurance was going to pay for a patch job but Bridgewater submitted estimate and talked to insurance for me, insurance sent out another adjuster that approved total new roof! Bridgewater was fast, efficient and left no trace of anything.

They did an excellent work. They worked for 11 hours straight, only stopping for a drink, a cake and a sandwich on the go. Individually there was always someone working till the job was done. Jamin Bridgecater (owner) and Bob Newhall were extremely nice, they gave estimate and set everything in mention.

Contractor was courteous and his crew cleaned up after they were done each day! Worked out great! Recommended him to my neighbors with the same results.
