Ashlee Newton Housecleaning

I would not recommend her at all..... and many missing items from my home over the course of her visits......over 20,000 in value. Cannot prove she was involved, but I have strong suspicions.

Ashlee arrived punctually and stayed until her work was completed. I have her scheduled a third time here and like what shedid.

Ashlee was great! She was on time; brough her own equipment and supplies, and spent two days cleaning these 2400 sq. ft. so thoroughly the place sparkled! Kitchen, stove, counters, sinks, baths, showers, window sills, floors carpets, everything was like new! I'm going to have her back regularly! The cost of subsequent cleanings is about half that of the first cleaning.
She was unobtrusive, and thoroughly trustworthy around valuable or breakable items.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Ashlee is a young, attractive lady who is a one-person enterprise. She initially came to assess the job and afterwards called with calculated pricing for cleaning our 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house: $180 for the first cleaning and $140 for subsequent cleanings, which includes all her own cleaning supplies and eqipment.
Our house was a challenge because we are elderly and haven't been able to keep up with it for quite some time. Ashlee arrived promptly and worked tirelessly for about 6 hours. The results were excellent, floors spotless, tables and counters gleaming. She also cleaned the vertical surfaces in the kitchen which had some years' of grease film, now gone. The bathrooms were similarly done very well - she even managed somehow to eliminate much of the hated mineral rings in the toilets that accumulate through evaporation over time. She also raised and cleaned both sides of the tempered glass pads under our two office chairs. Altogether a very thorough job.
We were somewhat taken aback at the $180 price because Angie's list apparently isn't used a lot (yet) in our area and her listing had only one comment, I'm sure several years' old, with a mention of $75. However, on reflection and given the serious labor involved, I think we got good value for our money. Subsequent cleanings will work out to about $28 an hour (140/5 = 28) and she does provide her own transportation and supplies. I would confidently recommend Ashlee Cooper to family and friends.

Overall, Ashlee did an excellent job. I have used her services several times and never been disappointed by her results. She cleans 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, lobby and bedrooms for a very reasonable price of $75. She takes about 4 hours and does a thorough job.

Ashlee Newton works independently and does a thorough job of cleaning. She is usually here 4 hours at a time to clean 7 to 8 large rooms. You can go about your business and know she will do a good job without direct supervision.
