Raymond was the installer and he called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival and he was on time. He did an excellent install and cleaned up afterword. He updated the connections to bring them up to city code and called an inspector to approve his work. I'm very satisfied with the service. I paid for the install through Lowes so all of those installation costs were negotiated with Lowes and I had no discussion about cost with anyone from Wegner.
