The amazing thing was, my husband had repaired the air conditioner 2 days prior. Terry was not upset about my husband working on the air conditoner ahead of him. My husband thought air problem was his work, so called in the expert to correct what he had done wrong. My husband was happy, the problem was not the same problem. Terry quickly showed us the problem was the wiring inside the house. He traced it to a loose wire in the house. Terry was here when he said he would be. Nice to my husband. Professional, polite, quick to solve the problem. We also asked about future work, I wanted the two air conditioners outside units moved. His quote was very good, and he pointed out, moving them would make less noise in the living room. Smiled, friendly, soft spoken. nice man, highly recommend. So does my husband, who was like I said was expecting so blowback from working on it earlier. He liked him especially!

He showed up on time, did the work in a timely and professional manner, and finished quickly so I could get back to work. Unlike another company I had been almost having to beg to come out to work on my unit, Terry's was in and out and did an excellent job. The whole job took less than 2 hours to finish. I would not hesitate to call them again and again.
