The running water wouldn't run have the time and when it did you couldn't take a shower and wash dishes at the same time otherwise the pressure would be so low that spitting on the dishes would have worked better. The place was invested with roaches and bed bugs that he never would treat.I lost 3 sets of furniture due to the infestation. We just ended up moving without any notice.
