Catering Service
While the food was very good, the service and quality of rentals was very poor. Tablecloths were wrinkles despite staff insisting they had been ironed. Two dozen glasses had lipstick on the rims. Food was supposed to be available for 1 hour and after 50 min it was being taken away. Guests were trying to get more food and things like butter and it was embarrassing to me as a host. Insisted on serving the meal from a mud room entrance to the venue where dirty, muddy equipment was stored. Left trash and food stuff in the kitchen area of the venue. Venue owners unhappy with this as well as server’s verbal complaints/ insults regarding the venue. Contract notes that the rentals were to be returned “by” Monday, however, they were unavailable to receive them on Sunday. They insisted the contact reads the rentals must be returned “on” Monday. Never once was there an apology for the rude behavior and dirty/unacceptable rental item. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.
