John came out twice after his initial visit to re-check all measurements and answered questions and requests we had for crown molding and finish. He stated it would be 4 weeks to make the cabinets, which turned out to be a little longer due to snow storm delays. He was always very friendly, efficient and professional. Their office manager, Martha, also was very helpful when we called. Two men came to install the cabinets and did a great job. (They also spent considerable time helping us hang a rug on a wall by our entryway stairs. It was quite a challenge due to the height and working over the steps.) The basement bookshelves/cabinets are high quality and look great! We would definitely recommend this business to others and are thinking about using Lage's to customize some built-in cabinets for our closet. John says they now have a computer-assisted design program for that.
