We were happy with what he did. It was a big project and we were fairly involved we had to kind of do a few things along the way which included some adjustments to what the original plan was. Joe was very personal person and we think he was working my job and a few other jobs at the same time so he was doubling the extra time factor but overall we think he stayed on path though there were a few delays but it was completely understandable and explainable. He was very communicative all the way through. He was pretty good in staying in touch with us and keeping us abreast of where we were and where we were headed including how long it was going to take. We have no complaints about the quality work since we were happy. There was one situation were the ceiling was patched up and it started falling down long after he had finished so we called him and he came back to address the situation by fixing it for no additional charge we thought probably it was more of a problem with the materials than the workmanship.
