JARED WADE HARDWOOD FLOORS

Jared gave us the estimate in June and we set the date, which was six months later. Jared contacted us 2 weeks before the proposed date to set up a time to deliver the wood so it could acclimate. The installation was done on the week that he had set 6 months prior and went EXACTLY as proposed. Jared gave us some suggestions to do things a bit differently then it had occurred to us and it turned out beautiful. This man is AMAZING and if you want site-finished hardwood.....this is the way to go. Jared was highly recommended and I as so glad that we waited for him.

We had such bad experiences with contractors in the past. My husband asked if we should sign a contract. Jared didn't seem too concerned about it and assured my husband he would be satisfied with his work.
We were very happy with how clean he was and quick to get the job completed. He gave my husband some saw dust for his garden and gave me some stain so I could match the stain in the future if needed.
I would recommend him to anyone

We called Jared for an estimate because the reviews on here were so good (don't be fooled by the home answering machine when you call, he'll call back). He came over on a Sunday evening and gave us a quote that was the best price and since we were getting our house ready to put on the market he fit us into hai busy schedule THAT week! The floors look brand new.

Jared was amazing. He was super responsive, installed the floors in 2 days, and made custom transition pieces for where the wood floor matched up with the tile. We did the demo and there were a few places we were concerned that the floors might be uneven, but Jared made sure everything was installed properly and the rooms are all seamless. He also was very good about cleaning up after finishing the project. I highly recommend him.

Jared and his crew arrived promptly to start the job on Monday of this week. They floors were sanded and minor repairs made. Stain and the first sealer were applied on Tuesday. Another coat was applied Wednesday and the final coat was applied today. The floors look beautiful. They have been very professional. They have cleaned up after each day of working. I am very pleased with the job. Again, my floors look beautiful!

Can't rave enough about his service!! He installed the floors and offered to come back any time to reinstall the baseboards because we were going to paint, 6 months later when I FINALLY painted he came that we and reinstalled and even cut them to fit!! Great guy and I would  do business again!

Jared and his team were wonderful to work with, and did really nice work.  The floor does not exactly match the other hardwood in the area, but it is very close, and since the ages of the finish are different, I suspect it is hard to get an exact match.  Not only do the floors look amazing, but Jared also went out of his way to fix the latch on my fence outside so I no longer have to tie it with twine to keep my dog from getting out.  it was a small thing, something he did without needing to at all, but it meant a lot to me.  A great guy, and a great company. 

There is absolutely no room for improvement.  Jared made an excellent impression on us when he came to bid.  We got one other bid but were glad that the other bidder had a similar price so we could pick Jared to do the work.  He showed up as promised, worked diligently, made no mess, and was pleasant to work with.  The result is a BEAUTIFUL wood floor.  He did have to tie in the new wood with existing in TWO places. . . . separated by 6 feet!   You can not see where he tied in those two places and look originally laid that way.  He also patched a mistake we made in the kitchen where a hole was drilled erroneously by us during another project a year ago.  We could not be happier.  By the way, we found Jared Wade on ANGIE'S LIST!  His previous reviews were very complimentary and I have to agree with all those before me who reviewed this company.

 Before you read all of this Jarad was wonderful. I came home from work to see my wonderful finished floor only to walk in and burst into tears. I hated it. It looked like a patchwork quilt. When he came the next morning to put another coat on I told him how I felt and asked him what could we do? He very gracously said we could stain it darker to hide the imperfections so, that is what he did. He came back and sanded it all the way back down to the natural wood and put a darker stain on and it definetly made it look more even. I love it now. I am not sure how much this will cost me though!

Time line was just as they said.
We did have to stay out a little longer due to the smell/fumes.
It was January and not easy to air out the house due to the cold.

He’s does an excellent job. He is easy to communicate with.
