This project went extremely well. This was a complete remodel. It included installing a full bathroom, new flooring, drywall, ceilings, electrical, lighting and ceramic tiling. Frank's workmanship, service and professionalism was outstanding. They worked the job from beginning to end without interruption. When you have a job like this done, you want someone you can trust and depend on. That is exactly what we got from Frank's, and now I have someone I can depend on to handle any jobs I have - big or small. They have been back twice to do other jobs for me and the impressive thing is they do every job like they were doing it for themselves!

progress was pretty consistent- I was in no rush - but the work was done in a timely manner - Frank bought all the materials. Very important that you should get a separate bid for materials vs. Labor most will lump them together and you have no idea what you are paying for. Frank pays himself the going rate. I would say he's worth it. I can't say that about everyone I have hired

Frank rebuilt my deck after I had to tear it down because it didn't meet code. ( important lesson ) He took down the old structure and hauled it away. Built the deck from scratch. Put in piers-framed the deck - put a roof structure over the deck. We surrounded the deck with privacy fence with gate. There was also a walk with ramp .
